Warped Tour

Hey all!

I had the chance to hang out at the Philadelphia Warped Tour on Friday the 3rd. First off, thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, sign up for the mailing list, and just chat for a little. It was tough heading out to Philadelphia not knowing what to expect, but everyone who stopped by made us feel welcome.

Don't forget, on Wednesday the 8th we will be at Pittsburgh Warped Tour. We're trying pretty hard to get a few cool things going, but I can't make any promises. We will have a few shirts for sale, as well as buttons. Feel free to stop by and chat. We'll be there all day, so any kind of company we get is fully embraced. I love hearing stories, meeting new people, and saying hello, so don't be scared to approach me!

Hopefully, we will see a few new faces Wednesday, and a couple of familiar ones.

thanks for remaining loyal and sticking with us. our new website is FINALLY up! we are still getting everything completed.. trying to finish up little things here, refining things there, and planning a few cool things for the future.

It's been quite the while since I have had anything to talk about. So sorry for that!

I have GREAT news, however. To Them To Us will be PRESENT at two more dates this summer.
June 8th - Pittsburgh, PA - Mr. Smalls - The Distorted Penguins, The Space Pimps, The Get Go (ex members of Mest, Allister, Home Grown), The Switch
June 9th - Pittsburgh, PA - Mr Smalls - The Morning Light CD Release show with special guests All Time Low, Annasay, Mark This Day

Tickets are on sale now! Make it a point to come out and check out these awesome bands, as well as drop by and say hello. We will have shirts for sale, and maybe a few other things. Merch

T-shirts have been ordered and will be arriving April 13th! We have two different designs that we're really excited to show you.

April 23rd at Diesel in Pittsburgh (formerly Nick's Fat City on E. Carson Street) our friends Cloverleaf and The Format will be playing an awesome show. This is the debut of the t-shirts and Shane and I will be there. We want to meet all of you so stop on down!

Also, don't forget about becoming a Rep! It's a great opportunity t0 really help out.

Merch

Thanks to the ladies of Gamma Sigma Sigma at Slippery Rock University for hosting a Waterpong Tournament for To Them, To Us. It was a great event and it was awesome to see so many people turn out!

Merchandise is in the process of being designed and should be ordered within the next few days! We'll be sure to send out some emails and postings so you all know when and where you can buy the t-shirts, hoodies, and other things!

Last Minute Sign Ups!

It is not too late for last minute sign-ups for the Waterpong Tournament on Wednesday, March 21st in the MPR of Slippery Rock University's Student Union building!

Warped Tour-Philly

Hey everyone,

Shane and I just received word that we should be working with the Warped Tour on their Philadelphia stop on August 3rd! This is going to be a great chance to connect with some bands and really get the word out.

The Waterpong Tournament at Slippery Rock University is quickly coming upon us....Are you in!?!? It's gonna be a good time. Me and Shane will be there cheering everyone on and stuff. He should be able to stick around, but I gotta head back to State College quickly afterwards for an early Thursday mid-term...blah!

Okay okay, so I know I promised you all it would be up Monday. Technically, the blog was done on Monday at 11:47, but there were still things that needed tweaked. I'm sorry! I hope early Tuesday counts in your books for something! :)

So we're working on this thing called a "web-site"??

Hey! I just purchased the domain name (www.tothemtous.com) but there's nothing there but a free "parker" for nowwwwwwww. But tomorrow I meet with the web developer/designer Tim Knapton from State College (www.timknapton.com) to talk out our design! I've been getting some emails about helping. And here's what I have to say to that. Please do! If you want to be representative of ToThemToUs in your area, email/message one of us and we'll be sure to get in contact with you within a day or two! We already have some willing people in Texas and Southern California, so hurry up and get your spot!

Maybe we'll even throw in some free stuff..who knows!?!

just a little update

hey guys!

hopefully you all are tuning into the blog, myspace profile, and facebook group. again, WOW! thank you all so much. i have a feeling this going to be great and successful, and its all thanks to you :)
together we can bring awareness to this big problem!

shane and cory are in pittsburgh for the weekend (i think?) at the show at orchard hill church.
for those who don't know what im talking about..
there is a show tonight at Orchard Hill Church in wexford, pa. Mark This Day, a big supporter of ours, is playing. like i said, shane and cory will be there to talk to anyone and answer questions.
while i am stuck in lexington for a few more weeks until i can be home in pittsburgh for spring break, you all should go out to the show!

make sure you get out there. make sure you go up to shane and cory and introduce yourself!

612 members is insane, considering yesterday we had 43! However, this isn't nearly as many as we'd like! The power to get the word out is up to YOU! You all say you want to help: here's your first mission:

Invite all your friends on facebook. Go to "Invite People," take about five to ten minutes of your day, and literally invite every single one of your friends.

On myspace, send messages to as many people as possible!
Think of creative ways to get the word out. Again, our success in spreading the word and fighting depression and suicide is up to you.

The band Mark This Day from Pittsburgh has committed to helping us out. Check them out at www.myspace.com/markthisda

They'll be playing a show at Orchard Hill in Wexford, PA this friday with a bunch of other bands, so go check 'em out and support them!

Shane and I will also be at this show if you want to come talk with us!

Do you want to help out in your area? Let us know. Flyers and other publications will be made available by contacting us.

We've just been contacted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and they are excited to work with us. This is a huge step for us, so onnnce again. Thank you all for your support.
